This was taken at the Officers Club at Ft Espinar, which A co took over as CP and we knicknamed "Firebase Alpha". Behind those sandbags was a M6o machinegun position,
overwatching the access road up to the hill where the club was located.

Breach Picture: results from the bangalore Aco used in their assault of the PDF Barracks at Fort Espinar. NOTE the half pole hanging from the fence in the middle of the gap. The other half was found imbedded in a 50 gal. drum that was filled with concrete. "Like a spear" Thats why we have minimum safe distances.
