This is a picture of LTC Frank Norton when the Battalion was down in Panama for JOTC in 1986. Frank was the very 1st 4th Battalion Commander and what a great guy he was, and still is.Frank enlisted is the Army in 1966 as a private and served in Vietnam with the 173rd Airborne. He served as the 4th Battalion commander from 1984 to 1987 when LTC Scott Hindsley replaced him.
