Kevin McKinley: 4th BN S-4 and C Company Commander

Just got this photo from Kevin McKinley (1st one on the left.) Photo was taken last year just south of Baghdad in the Salman Pak AOR. Was Team Chief, Special Police Transition Team, embedded with an Iraqi battalion conducting CI and CT ops.
