I know that this is a few weeks late, but I thought that I send everyone a status report on how the reunion went this year along with some photographs. Unfortunately, we didn't have as many "Lightfighter era" veterans in attendance this year, but we still had an above average reunion with about one hundred and eighty five attendees (about twenty five were 4th Battalion veterans.) Next year's reunion will be held in Tacoma, Washington which is very close to Ft Lewis. Tentative dates are 20 August to 23 August, 2008 and I really hope to see a lot more of you 3rd and 4th Battalion veterans in attendance. It should be a really great reunion with the 1-17 currently serving at Ft Lewis and some other added surprises that might surface (This will be a reunion NOT to miss) I'm scheduling the reunion almost a full month earlier to accommodate those of you that have families, etc. I know that the September time frame isn't the best for a lot of us, but we're trying to make things work for every era of Buffalo.
First thing that will be beneficial is actually becoming a member of the Association. This will keep you informed on all future reunion details, etc. Not to mention, you'll be supporting the Association so that we can continue to keep the "Buffalo Spirit" alive for many generations.
